Hi there. My biggest advice for you is to experiment with contact poses. Practice contrapposto and line of action more. Also check out Ed Hook's "Acting for Animators" if you haven't already.
Keep on truckin'.

Its a start but there isn't much happening. The character feels frozen and when he dose move he seams to float. Another big one that stood out to me was there was no emotion.
