His body is too stiff, he needs more movementy on his body and some small animation on his arms/hands.

I think the animation would be better if his body moved along with the head instead of it being just the head moving. I do however think that the mouth movement were practically perfect.

His body needs some animation. Even though he's leaned over on his arms, his body will still shift as his head moves around.
