he doesnt have arcs in his movement, everhything looks very pose to pose with no ease in and ease out.

There's a lot of great big animation in this piece! I would say add a bit more facial animation, and maybe tweak some of the big gestures in the graph editor, great work!

Nice scenery, although the animation feels blocky. Make your timing uneven, to delete that robotic feeling
