I think there's no point for him to bring the cup to the lips. But maybe it's just bad timing.

Nice and subtle, fit for this dialogue.
Only around frame 136 he reachs to take a drink but he doesn't drink, so why does he reach the cup in the first place?

Nice! I wish the face was a little bigger in the frame, seems like a waste of screen space, and the hand gesture seems a bit jerky.
