I think you're trying to have Norman reacting to an off-camera speaker. It's a great idea, but it doesn't read here. If you could work on your fundamentals and make this read better, this could be a really good piece! Maybe give us some clue that there's another speaker here. If I've completely misinterpreted this piece, I apologize.

I like the concept a lot, I can see really clearly what's going on in this scene. You should check in future how to properly render out frames. I can tell this was recorded directly off your computer screen through the program. The car moves nicely and I like the key poses you're working with. Try in future to flow more smoothly between them.
