avoid long tweens like the last hand coming down, better to anticipate/overshoot gestures like that. head wobble is nice.

His blinking is seriously distracting, and looks more like twitching. Lipsyinch works alright though, except for a few parts here and there. I can see you are still learning, so keep working on your animations and you'll improve for sure!
