I like the poses, but there's only two of them. That and his mouth moves even when there aren't any words being played. It's a good start!

Good body movement, but the timing on lip sync is noticeably off.

Great lip sync and rig control, but a simple background and a prop or two would have made this great. ; )

the hands has some weird rotation and it turns in the same position until the end, maybe you could make another poses
