I like the dragon concept. I'm not really sure if you would use the same standard lip anims for certain vowels (although thinking about it, you probably would), and I would say that the facial anims need to be tightened up a little bit.

Interesting characters and the animation that is here is pretty successful, but I'm not getting much of a story from this one, and I think the choice of the dragon characters limits your ability to do interesting motion.
