I like the quick turn. Lip sync is not too shabby. Careful hitting walls... keep it quick in the movements but soft in the landings.

The lip sync on "I'm not afraid" is a little off.
When the fish-like character sets his cane on the ground (at around frame 67) it shakes a bit as it settles into place. It happens again around frame 147.
I'm not sure if it was on purpose but it looks a little weird since it's only the cane and the end of the fin and I think if you meant to show some sort of shaky hands it would have looked better if it affected the rest of his arm/fin too.

Nice! The lipsync could be stronger, and more subtle changes in the facial animation can make this much richer. But your body mechanics are pretty solid!
