lip-syncing on the second character is a little off it looks good tho

Camera shots could be reworked better to emphasize certain gestures and parts of the audio, nice lip sync

Very stiff.

Too much slow pose to pose movement. Add inbetweens and ease in or out to avoid that. Also some animation on the second guy in the beginning would spiff it up. He looks like a statue. Not a lot is needed, just some secondary movements to make him look alive.
