something that would really help is if you spent a little more time on the lip-syncing it seems a bit off and the norman rig looks like he is lightweight smoothing out when he stands up would add a lot more flow

It took me a couple of view´s to understand what was going on. I think there are too many cuts, and it´s distracting, specifically between "yea" and "you will be". The animation is not bad but could be better, one thing I noticed was then the gray guy turns at the end he is a little bit too stiff.
