Nice facial animation on the second character and his body language. The lipsink on "Afraid" could use some work though, especially in the "ai". The shoulders are quite stiff on the first character too, if you loosen them up, you could push the action and the emotions. I like the eyes on both though.

I like it. Kind of has a weird drifting. . . motion capture feel to it though. Might want to watch that.

Really nice, very well done. Only thing that bothers me, is the first guy looks straight ahead, when in fact the old guy sits rather low.
