lazy drawing.when doing action incoperate the whole body.try to read walt stenchfield book titled "drawn to life",it contains a lot of advice on how to make interesting and clear gesture.

I like the colors and presentation, but more focus on character movement would behoove this. Acting it out and posing with the inflections of the voice can help bring this into less of a lipsync slideshow and more of an anim.
