Nice work on lip sync~ :)
Try to keep assets consistent. At around frame 119, hat moves weird to the next pose. The next time hat hat moves near the end is better.
Her other movements can benefit with follow throughs and overlapping actions, her hand wave and hair for example.

Cute character! More poses, please! A still character makes for a less interesting scene. Your pose changes are also missing anticipation... dip that head down and blink when we change.
