I'd say the biggest issue you have is the acting. I would improve on that. I'm not sure if you shot reference for this but my guess would be no. So, posing your characters needs to improve. Some poses are good like the one at frame 49 but the pose at the end with the female character doesn't look natural or believable. And some motion is overacted. There are times when you should push the animation, but I think you need to develop a better eye for it.

Not bad, but the shirt tearing on the Dude is distracting for me.
