I think some of the movements and acting looks a bit floaty and lacks timing and contrast.

I would try to add more weight to the walks by offsetting parts and, if you can, have a change of volume to give it more life. This is an extreme example but imagine a water balloon walking. This would be great for the fat kid. Have the jock character's chest bouncing, as he walks...Also, be aware that the arms will be affected by gravity too and right now there is no weight to them... stuff like that.

Superb animation and I enjoy the back-and-forth between these two. This a complete animation which I enjoyed very much.
