Where did that… creature come from?

I wasn't sure what was going on at the end. I had to watch it a few times to realize that something attached to Santa's leg. Maybe have a wide shot of it crawling towards his foot and up his leg, then have the closeup from Santa's point of view. And what happened to the assistant Santa who was talking to him? I'm guessing you ran out of time.

Everything started off great, but from Frame 215 to 270 confused me as the character designs just did not fit for me. Still, the movements flow naturally, and I suggest making everything more consistent in look and tone.
