The staging of your shots is a bit confusing. The first shot, the chef is just standing there with his body facing screen left with his head screen right, then the next shot, I thought he was talking to 2 other people since they are walking on the right (where the chef was looking). Why is the chef's mouth quivering at the beginning? You should improve on the hand pose around 163. I looks strange.

I am confused as he was not going for the chef, but instead the cake. Still, the animation is good and could use some more polishing.
