Lip sync could improve. Since the fairy character is up in the air the entire time, you should have a little movement showing him fighting gravity a bit. If you're going to have hands on the hips, make sure they stay put. The feet on the fairy character when he moves towards the big character feels a bit IKish. Why is the big guy slapping his hand at the end when the fairy character bumped him on the shoulder?

I love it! Distractions like your phone can be dangerous, especially in this case but I love how creative this animation is.
