Your characters have no weight to them. Even if the main one is sitting down, you can still convey weight. Think of the "flour sack" animation exercise. And it's confusing who he's talking to. Is it the person on the phone, the person that comes in on the right, or both?

I am confused with who he talking to, the one on the phone or the one who touches him on the shoulder. Also, his arm moves more robotically instead of a more organic manner.
