The New Prisoner

The not-so-friendly guard gives a newly incarcerated prisoner a tour around the place as he lays down the law.

Try breaking up the motion on the walks so that all the parts are not hitting the same frame at once which will give it more life. Looks like you started some secondary motion on the prisoner's hair at the beginning of the walk but stopped at a certain point. I find it strange that the shoulders on the prison guard are down but they both go up when the prisoner presses his finger on his left shoulder. I know it's tough but try to keep the characters consistent throughout. I noticed the guard's head changing shape in the first shot.
