Are they supposed to be walking? Some people have ignored the sound, but the left character looks like he's in a walking pose so that's why I was wondering. Not bad when it comes to timing! Lip sync is not very good... I would improve on that. I like that you have secondary motion on the right characters hair on "not right off hand..." but why did you not give the same treatment throughout and to the left character as well? Maybe you ran out of time?
