The story of the animation is clear, and this is a good start. I think there are some areas of improvement, however. You could add a frame or two and/or some motion lines when the character their head so it does not move too fast. The head shake is much faster than other movements which feels a bit jarring. Additionally, the last few lines of dialogue "Cause you're nuthin'!" and on doesn't make much sense, as the character is pointing at the screen. Is he breaking the fourth wall? What is happening at that particular moment?
