For only showing the speaker it is pretty nice fluid animation. Especially in the beginning when he makes his move forward. I think its an interesting way to show he is upset. The end has him doubling his arm movements. If you offset the hands or have them do different things the animation will improve very quickly.

looks like your poses and acting are very nice, but the camera angle is just no good. it's hard to see a clear silhouette and contrast between your poses because of the angle. try not to do a complete frontal pose - it's always less appealing.
