Cool concept and dig the POV camera of the larger creature but I think if you listen to the audio carefully you find that you are missing opportunities for acting right after the initial sound and you character is too static to take advantage of it at the moment.

Every poses are too symmetrical. Try and remember to move the spine when the character is crawling backwards on the floor. And don't forget about the shoulders, they move first the the arms follow.
