Go over Malcolm' eyes again. Right now he is looking in two different directions

the motions are pretty twitchy, probably on part because of too many keyframes. Try to limit them to make it flow better. Good work!

The animation is jumpy on the first character and flat on the second, and the lipsync is poor on the laughs
