Good body work. The problem lies in the eyes, mouth and eyebrows.

The lip-sync needs the most work, in fact when he's saying "together" he looks like he's saying "right." I have no idea why it looks like he's saying that, but he doesn't look like he's saying "together."
Bug
The look fits the audio perfectly, but the mouths on both characters could us a little more action. seems like the jaws are limited or something. good looking animation otherwise.

Looking good! Love that hand pose in frame 110. Tighter lipsync would've made it much better
