Nice illustration, has a lot of charm, but not much is actually animated

I feel as if the animation could add or use proper tuning and principles. You should also add better concepts and designs to give out a lively feel. Also I would work on making the story more fun and simple to get the point across easily. Animation requires basic elements of timing or restraint especially in the narrative.
