Put more thought into the hand movements. The character feels stiff yet there are pieces that are moving around where it's not clear why. Record some reference or watch how other people act. People talk with their hands, and often their hand movements coincide with the words that they're putting emphasis on.

Probably should shoot reference. Simply moving the character around doesn't cut it. It lacks fundamentals. The staging is also not very interesting.
