Some very weird facial movements on the boy, but it's clear what you were going for. The character of the alien in the second shot seems menacing, but in the third shot he seems like a teacher or father figure, and it more of less breaks his believability as a character. Also the arm around the shoulder seems a bit cliche. Overall though a relatively good piece of animation.

Nice! There is a twitch of mr.green's neck in the very end that could be tuned down and timed better. The boy's performance is not as fine as mr.green's. Keep it up!

The child's expressions are, to me, priceless. The lip sync is good, and there is potential here.
