The mechanics look great! I think the only thing I would work on is the mouth shapes.

Nicely done!
Body moving too much together, no weight on the gun, head shake is independent of body. No reason for all that Portal action at the end. Watch arcs.

Great story and decent on the animation. I think there could still be some work done on the lip sync and movement of the characters. Other than thank, great job!
