Your movements can be a little all over the place, like your models don't really understand their own body yet. (try animating the fingers a little more)
Good on you for making that background though!

Awesome machine in the background. But the animation could use some work. The girl on the left never pauses her hands to give the clear definitive pose. Add some holding points. I can't see the girl's eyes on the right. Get some better lighting or textures to fix that.
