Morpheus in the background has more dynamic and interesting poses than the two main girls talking. I think if you use stronger and more exciting poses and movements for them the way you did for him it will really improve your animation:)

Needs lip sync work. Second character's hand seems to float in mid air for no reason at 210-230. The motion needs some breakdowns and timing. Go into the graph editor and work on those animation curves.
