good smear hands...however, try not to make everything symmetrical for example both hands move at the same time(which isnt realistic). Offset keyframes couple of frames..thats why body and head also looks stiff..But good job, dont give up

I would advise using solid shapes for your poses so your characters do not morph as much.

Your really relied on smears too much. Be more confident in your abilities. Smears are not always the answer.
