That little cute hair-behind-ear movement at the end made me score it higher :) That was a nice personal touch and well animated.
Your lipsync is a little off at times though, especially at the start.

Good work. Good emotion. Good hair animation. I'd like to see more motion with her head. I'd also like to see the other person talking, but good work for what you have. I would change the background though. It's a bit busy and didn't fill up the right hand corners and there is a name on the bottom corner as well.
