The lip sync on the second character needs work. The cat's mouth keeps moving after the audio is done. If you cut off the animation at frame 280, it would help out. The first character's motion is too quick at frame 25. Her lip sync also needs more work. There are different mouth shapes for different words, it's not as simple as moving the jaw open and closed. On less important note, give the first character another light from the right so we can see her actions a little more clearly. I also think the animation curves need more work in the graph editor. One good point is that the emotions on both characters are well done. Keep practicing, you'll get better.
