Nice character designs and animation! Maybe try applying secondary actions to their hair. Try giving the woman on the left a subtle reaction to the poor French. Good work!

The first character's arms are going side to side but not backwards and forwards. The second character looks good when she holds her backpack. Maybe make her hold her backpack throughout the whole clip
