Movements are a bit stiff when they enter their beginning/end poses, but they're looking super fluid while they're moving, and your gestures have a lot of character. Love the pointing pose when she says "Problem". Experiment with follow-through and try having the characters "relax" into a pose when they reach it instead of standing stock still, that should loosen up the movement a bit. Your lip-sync is awesome though, no problems there. I see a lot of potential
