Looks like what you see you don't get...especially when comes to 2d animation. I like it ...I also like it driving on the left side....lol ... perhaps I would direct his eyes in her direction ... easily done here since they are not changing their poses.

It's a good start! Nice concept and characters. Right now I feel like a lot of the stiffness that's happening in the movement may be a result of you trying to work in "final line" a bit too much. Instead, consider working very loosely and roughly, just shapes and forms rather than final artwork, and get the flow and movement down first and foremost. THEN you can go back and add in the pretty colors and final art, and it will be built on top of a very appealing animation that you kept loose. Good luck with your future entries! :)
