Just needs more - more poses, more accent, more emotion, more everything. Nothing particularly sticky-outy, the basics are there, just need to spend more time giving the characters their acting.

your camera does not focus on the active character, in the first shot you focus on the red man while he does not do a lot, while the blue man talks and moves and is not in focus. also switching a pose in a cut does not work with the continuity
